    • Secure SSL Automated FTP service with positive reporting and archiving of moved data. Security of both logon and payload is ensured through the Client/Host with built in error checking to ensure data is moved accurately.

    • A Web Enabled interface to display business intelligence from databases or disparate sources. Presentation of data is either on screen or downloadable to an Excel Spreadsheet. Users do not require any programming or database knowledge to launch and use this facility.

    • A full featured Task Manager to control the efforts of an individual or an organization. With an interface to Outlook you will never miss an important activity or completion date. Built in reporting easily displays the status of all tasks within an organization. Capable to administer the tasks of an individual to 1000 employees. Full ASP version available to support “instant” rollouts with no capital expenditures.
  • My Support Desk
    • Geared to a Help Desk environment this tool enables users to create online service requests, prioritize them and then have them assigned automatically to an individual for actioning. The “nag” engine performs timed follow ups to ensure the service request does not go unanswered. Full reporting enable analysis of reports, times, and individuals.
  • My Utility
    • Our newest product is focused on the Utility Sector delivering a dashboard of critical indicators. It is an interface that brings together data from disparate sources and presents the results in an “at a glance” format facilitating process decisions.
  • Remote Connect
    • This service makes remote desktops and servers available to a Help Desk or Training individual for remote support or training. It is completely secure and uses the bridge server located in ITM’s data centre.
